Loaf Lab: A Sensory Exploration of Bread
What is your first memory related to bread? What aromas flood your mind when you think of the bread you ate in your childhood? Do you believe that a scent can be heard? These are just some of the questions that will guide the experience with Lara Schütz. She will engage you with the PRAXIS of bread making and tasting, going through the essential steps, familiarize you with all its smells and aromas, enriching our palate and knowledge about our own preferences. We will also discuss why words create value when we talk about bread. Join us to break bread and explore how Lara’s praxis challenges the boundaries between learning and doing.
